Seniors to Stockholm in February???
 

Mostly healthy NY city area senior couple (75+) considering extending our likely 3 week visit to the warmth of Southern Spain next February to visit a study abroad Grandchild in Stockholm in late February. Any reason not to go?? Aware that it is not the preferred time of year with high temps around 32 degrees, Fahrenheit, and with shorter day, but is it usually windy and nasty? Hoping to also be a tourist, is getting around difficult? NY City in the old says, prior to warmer winters, was OK to visit in the dead of winter, Similar for Stockholm? Thanks.

Getting around shouldn't generally be a problem unless there's some freakish unexpected weather. It's dark and cold but if you can handle NYC, you'll be fine in Stockholm.
