senior citizen discounts in Austria
 

My husband & I qualify in age for the senior discounts at Austrian attractions. However, some other Euruopean countries, such a concession for seniors is only for EU citizens. Does anyone have experience or know whether US seniors are permitted concessions? I'm trying to decide whether the city cards, such as Salzburg and Vienna Card (reduced or even sometimes free admission) will be good deals; or whether we'd do better with just those senior discounts.
