Self Guided Walking Tour

I have yet another question. Hopefully I won't have too many more as I leave in a little over 2 weeks for my trip.

On the site
http://www.londontoolkit.com/walks/w...estminster.htm

it mentions a self guided walking tour of The London Icons - what I am wondering, is how long this is going to take me if I just walk it? I know how long I want to spend at each attraction (the Abbey, Cabinet War Rooms etc) but I want to know how long it will take to walk this route, taking a few photos as I go.

I basically want to know if this is going to take me 3 hours or more like all day?

Thanks so much! You are all so helpful.

Just eyeballing the route on the map, my guess is about 5 miles (eg, the distance between #21 & #23 is about half a mile).

I'd figure out some London Walks to take (have penciled in one or two for my wife and I when we visit in three weeks) and deal with the rest in small parcels (South Bank today, City tomorrow, South Kens and its museums the next day, etc.)

I think that is what I am going to do. I just wanted to know how early I had to start, and approx. when I would be done. I also wanted to plan it around the weather, ie. if it is going to rain in the afternoon, then can I fit it into the morning.

Thanks
