I haven't heard of those two companies, but we used Cyclomundo twice and were very happy. Our trips were in France - Provence and the Three Lakes Tour from Geneva - Annecy, but they do Italy too.

Everything went smoothly and we loved the hotels (you could check them out before you made a decision).
In one location (Avignon) we went to a local bike shop to pick up the bikes and maps, and last summer they met us in Geneva at our hotel with bikes, maps and GPS. They transferred luggage each day. On the Provence trip we had a minor issue with a bike and we called them and they talked us through a minor repair. On the Geneva trip no issues at all.

I would highly recommend them!
