Seeking good Italian (Rome) "professionals"

Every once in a while when we travel we run across someone that is special, be it a hotel person, travel guide, realtor, etc. And we keep that name for our next visit. I am looking for some names of such professionals in Rome, and possibly elsewhere in Italy, to help me out by making a few phone calls or anything from running a few errands to attending a meeting on my behalf before I can arrive in Rome (depending on the person's skill set of course).

SO if you know of any professional type person that you have dealt with in Rome who you can recommend highly I would greatly appreciate their name and email information.

Many thanks!

TF

If you're a business person, then why are you seeking contacts on a travel forum. It sounds like something you would network through professional contacts.

'Go to a meeting on my behalf'? That sounds like a business thing.

Stay in a hotel that has a concierge. They can take care of the majority of travel related things. Otherwise hire yourself a personal assistant to 'run your errands'.

I'd ask my local professional about who their contacts are in Rome. Network, network, network. :-)

By "professionals", I thought you meant prostitutes.

If you want to access the law system there is a very good website that offers legal translation across the country (a very specialist skill in Italy as only documents in italian have legal validity in Italy and local tribunals have authority in their own districts) and they can be paid to swear stuff at the tribunal for you. I've used them with much success in the past. If you need that service come back to me as I've lost the website but could dig it out.

Obviously digging out a lawyer is another level and you will need specialist help, but these guys seem to know who is the best lawyer to point you at.

OH, right. Get a prostitute to attend the next pimp's meeting on your behalf. DUH!!!!

The quotation marks made me think of the oldest "profession" as well, lol.

I know there are online networks where people offer themselves for odd jobs and professional tasks...have no personal experience with Italian ones, though.
