Seeking Apartment in Venice

We are looking for a "very" nice air-conditioned apartment in Cannaregio, S. Marco or S.Polo for 3 adults

Suggest you try www.venice-rentals.com They have what must surely be some of the best rental apartments in Venice. We have booked an apartment with them for September. The email communications have been excellent and the whole process has been very professional.

I have another agency to suggest: www.venicerentals.com . Notice the absence of the dash between venice and rentals. You will need to send them an email and tell them what you are specifically looking for. We used them for our New Year's Eve trip. They are delightful to work with. Julie met us at night at our vaporetto stop and walked us a couple of blocks to the apartment. The apartment was even better than had been presented on the website. She gave us maps with information, made numerous restaurant recommendations (all excellent), and gave us her cell phone number if we had any questions about Venice. We did have several questions and she was readily available for us. Because of flight connections we missed the first night of our reservation and Venice Rentals did not charge us for it. There was a 3 night min. so we stayed an extra night. We ended up staying a 4th night and were charged a lesser rate.

The apartment was in the dorsoduro area located on Campo Santo Margherita. It was a great apartment. I am going back next year and this is where I will stay. And, of course, I'll use venicerentals.com again.

Have a great trip!

I rented an apartment from

www.oikosvenice.com

The one I rented was in San Marco, but they can offer many apartments all over the city, from studios to the piano nobile of a palazzo.

We rented the San Marucuola apartment in Cannaregio from venicerentals.com this past fall. It had a double and a single bedroom, as well as a terrace.

This was our second time to rent from this agency and we were very pleased with everything once again. I highly recommend them.
