Secret Tunnels and Elevators
I understand that there are tunnels and elevators around Monte Carlo to expedite getting around the city/harbour. Where could I find a map that shows these "time savers"?

You should have received the map with your decoder ring.

Speak more clearly next time into your wrist radio-antenna and you'll receive proper instructions for moving through the 'secret parts'.

Dick and Robin - do you find it amusing that I'm asking for info in this post or are you making fun of my use of "secret" in the topic? Other posters use gimmick titles to get readers and then responses - I'm no different. I was hoping to get some help, not insults.

Hi John. All I can really tell you is that there are, indeed, tunnels within Monaco. I'm not aware of any that go around the harbor, though; the only ones I've taken have connected up with the Autoroute and, maybe, one of the corniche roads.

As for a map, I'd guess that if Michelin puts out a detailed map of Monaco, any tunnels would probably be shown on it.

As for elevators, there may be many, but the only one I recall taking was from the underground parking lot beneath "the Rock" (the part of Monaco where the palace is located.)

Good luck!

There are tunnels and elevator's too. Monaco is so tiny, we had a hotel that was right in the center of town and we needed to get up the hill to the casino. We down the harbor and east around the curve of the harbor.. there was a tunnel that lead to an elevator, which must have been very clearly marked since we weren't looking for it and naturally walked to it.(We took it as well)
They are roughly located on the harbor level below the casino to the west, if I recall correctly.

Easy there, John.
We're just funnin' ya a little.
Don't get your undies all in a bunch...makes tunnel travel just that much more uncomfortable.
