Secret Itineraries Tour Venice

I think I just booked this tour on line at this site:
http://www.museiciviciveneziani.it/

I say I think because I got a confirmation number but did not complete the page to give my credit card number just in case plans change. Two questions: Do I have confirmed reservations since I did not give my credit card? And, is the price quoted on this site of 16 euro a person the correct price for this tour? There is a notation on the site that the prices are increasing April 1 and we are going in May.

Thanks for your help!

I'm topping my posting below in the hope that someone who has booked the tour through the site I noted can answer my question. Although much of the site was in English, the part about paying with the credit card was not, so I'm just not sure if it is necessary to pay when making the reservation or if I can pay when picking up the tickets just before the tour.

I would appreciate any responses. Thank you.

Hi B,

Call 011 39 041 520 9070. English-speaking operator.

See if you have reservations.

If not, make them.

You are not charged until you show up to collect yuor tickets.

Excuse me, but these are really weird questions.
First of all, if you want to be sure that you have a valid reservation, why don't you simply pay for your tickets? You want that THEY confirm your reservation while YOU don't want to confirm it? YOU want to be flexible but THEY should be bound by your reservation? That's simply unfair - there are so many people who want to participate in this amazing guided tour, and can't because they don't get any tickets for it.
Second, what issues have you got about the price? If you want to buy a ticket for a Civic Museum of Venice, and the Civic Museums of Venice tell you the price for that ticket is 16 Euros, what else do you want to know?
Third, why do you ask us? - why don't you simply call the number given on that very same website of the Civic Museums of Venice and ask them?

whenzuc -

I just booked this tour for April. I e-mailed the hotel and they took care of it for me.

I have to pay when I show up for the tour.
