it's not that closefor most, but for us, we don't mind the distance. We travel many miles each year than most people.

Just checked the site, and it IS in Burgundy; what do you do, take the train to Gare de Lyon and then taxi to CDG?

No, I've been there with J., my husband. I don't drive. Yes it is in Burgundy;The Yonne is the river that runs in front of the hotel. It's a small place which are places we like.
It's rustic not elegant. The dining room's chandeliers, I love. They're wrapped in rope, at least it looks like that which could be the work of Christian Liaigre, a noted French furniture designer whose shop is on the Rue de Bac, I think. |
You mentioned staying there the night before you fly back; I just wondered how you got from there to CDG for a presumably late morning/early afternoon flight.
