Sea View House already full -- other suggestions in Doolin?

I wanted to stay at Sea View House in Doolin but it's already fully booked for my dates (in August!). Can anyone suggest other good guesthouses or B&Bs in Doolin within easy walking distance to pubs for music in the evenings?

We stayed at Daly's House. (www.dalys-house.com) It's walking distance to O'Connor's Pub.

There are quite a few lovely b&B's in Doolin also a nice little hotel that we have stayed in. Doolin is my favorite village in Ireland...its quiet and the music is wonderful.

I have stayed at Cullinan's and would recommend it. They have wonderful breakfasts and excellent dinners.
