Schengen Visa Need Help
 

Heya Guys !!!

Need your help i am getting ready for the Schengen Visa and i am now stuck @ place can someone help or guide me as to what needs to be filled in these two rows

22. Member State(s) of destination / Bestimmungsmitgliedstaat(en)

23. Member State of first entry / Mitgliedstaat der ersten Einreise

I will be Traveling from Singapore - Zurich

And my return will be From Rome to Singapore So i would be visiting only these two countries in period of 15 days

Any help would be appreciated
