Scavi Tour Request Error
 

Hi all,

When I made my request for the Scavi tickets back in March, one of the days I requested was the day we ARRIVE in Rome. Oops!

Of course, I got the reply today that they gave us that day. I replied asking for mercy to see if they can change it to one of the subsequent days. My question to you is, has anyone had success changing the date prior to payment? Will they respond to me and try to honor my request? I can't believe I made this mistake, I thought I was so organized. Thanks for any info you might have!

Can't you just cancel the request and send in the new request with the proper dates?

I suppose I could, but now it's only three months out and they've already got a record of me in the system. I am not sure what would be more effective, starting over or hoping they'll just correct what's already assigned to my name?

Are there instructions on your confirmation about how to cancel? You have 2 choices; do nothing or try to get a new date.

I have already attempted a change by replying to Giuseppe, the person in charge of the reservations. I just was wondering if anyone else had been successful in doing something similar. I know I can only try to change it and hope that something happens. I just didn't know if it had worked in the past. Thanks.
