I wonder what the new owners will be doing with it?

I just cancelled our April res. here as I had been worried about changes going on due to new ownership (we have stayed at Scala House quite a few times in the past). Chris told me the new owners are going to convert to long-term (6 months or more) rentals. NOT good for the average tourist :-(
