LCI - I promise, I'm not a stalker! ;)

Last March my wife and I were in Portugal for the first for three weeks and your TR reports from there the previous year were so helpful. Now we're considering Sicily for the first time this March - and I find this excellent report of yours again. Thank you!

Since you were there in early March, I was curious to see what the weather was like for you. Sounds like it was relatively comfortable - obviously with some days of rain?

springstein...temperature-wise, yes, it was comfortable. There were several days early in the trip when it rained, the last 5 days (or so) the rain subsided. We were there the first week of March, later in the month weather could be better. Have a great time!

Fantastic report you have put together. Thank you. I saw that you have made reference to Benanti Winery. I visited here too recently and met both the Twin boys and their Father, wonderful tasting and visit . If anyone is thinking about Sicily's wines a wine tour is absolutely the way to go..If you are around Etna / Taormina then you should try the wines of these wineries too.
