I Due Cippi da Michele is supposed to be a good restaurant in Saturnia. We haven't been there, but we're going to visit this area in May. I have read about a good place to stay and I'll try to find it and post about it for you.

Dean on another board says, "We stayed at Il Paglieto which was a nicely equipped appartment in a farm house and absolutely loved it. Great kitchen with everything you would need, including a cat and a kitchen garden. Funky and rustic, not luxurious."

Maybe you can do a dogpile.com search for Il Paglieto is this sounds like what you want.

Hotel Saturno is great, only 100 mts from the vasks and the open air water falls !!
It's amazing... I spent 1 week there and it was cool !

I have tried to find the Hotel Saturnia, but can not find a web site. Do you know of one? Thanks Myra
