Sarlat on Sunday

Thanks for the info regarding Sarlat. So everything is open on Saturday for the market, what about Sunday?

On Sunday morning small food stores will be open - butcher, baker, etc. - everyone will be preparing for Sunday lunch, the most important meal of the week. (Supermarkets are usually closed.) Many other tourist-oriented/foie gras shops will be open, as there will still be a fair number of tourists around.

But France is not like North America, wide open on Sunday.

What are you looking for?
