Sardinia to Majorca ferries

We are planning a trip from Barcelona along the coastline all the way to Salerno, then would like to return to Barcelona via Sardinia and Majorca. Does anyone know if there are ferries between Sardinia and Majorca? If not, does anyone have information about inexpensive flights in June? Also, does anyone have a strong preference for Minorca over Majorca or Corsica over Sardinia? Thanks for your comments.

There are no ferries between Sardinia and Majorca but there are some between Barcelona and Civitavecchia, Livorno and Genova.

Ryanair flies Alghero to Girona and Cagliari to Girona.

There are ferries beween Italy and Barceloan in Spain and then Barcelona to Majorca and/or Menorca.

Then from Barcelona to the balearic Islands,
www.balearia.net and
www.transmediterranea.es
www.iscomar.com

Menorca is smaller than Mallorca so quieter much less people and some very beautiful places.
Mallorca much bigger and with more things to do or places to visit.
Action Mallorca.
Quiet vacation. Menorca.
I like very much Corsica and find it a very atractive destination but I do not know Sardinia.
For flights check with airone in Itlay or vueling in Spain.
apart from Ryanair already mentioned.

Keep an eye on the budget airlines...due to high fuel costs and other reasons, they are cutting back on the number of flights to some routes and are cutting certain routes entirely.

For several years there have been charter flights from Figari South Corsica to Barcelona in the summer season. You'll have to send them an email as there don't seem to be any particulars on their website:
