Santorini ROMANI TOUR Car Rental
I've recently visit Santorini and rented a car from this company called "ROMANI TOUR" . Their website : santorinicarrentalonline.com
When we received the car at the port, it was in very bad condition and dirty, so we don't bother to check and just sign the agreement with the staff. At the end of the day when we returned our car at the airport. Not long after , I receive a SMS from my bank claming that I've been charged 85euro without my consent! I then called the staff to check, he claimed that we've scratched their car and they had to charge us ! When we Obviously we clearly remember that we did not leave a scratch on that car. Before we rented the car, we've already bought the excess damage insurance.
I've read some review from the internet from other people experiencing the same incident as I did except that they were being charged higher!
Please be very careful with this company !!
