We will be dining at Skala, Neptune, Ambrosia and Katinas Fish Tavern when we are in Santorini next week. Any recommendations of must try foods and specialties in these restaurants and on the island of Santorini in general?

Amoudi is the name of the wharf. There are 4 restaurants, Katina's, Sunset, Dimitris and Pandora's.
