does anyone know for sure.....i have heard there is a 7am mass every day
"said" in gregorian chant...... true ? false ?
if false.....do you know of a church in rome where that is practiced ?

What city? This is a popular name for a church.

If you mean Santa Maria della Concezione dei Cappuccini in Rome, here is the church website. Strangely enough, there is no list of masses. There is a contact page with email info you can try.

The Priestly Fraternity of St Peter in Rome has the Tridentine Mass daily at the Parish of Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini and often has the Solemn High Mass with Gregorian Chant and sometimes choral music too

I think St Peter's Basilica now has the Novus Ordo at 10 am on Sundays with Gregorian Chant and with some Latin
