Samos to Athens
 

Will we have any problems with this itinerary? Ferry from Kusadasi, Turkey to Samos, Greece scheduled to arrive at 10:30 AM and then a flight from Samos to Athens the same day scheduled to leave Samos at 3:25 PM. Our time is limited so we want to go straight to Athens.

You won't have any problems as long as your ferry from Kusadasi isn't cancelled by high winds or mechanical breakdowns.

Not an issue at all. You can taxi from the port at Samos to the airport in about 20 minutes. And the airport there is tiny, so you don't need to check in much before your flight
