Salzburg, Vienna, Plitvice questions

I have a few questions.

Due to occasional car sickness I was wondering if any of you know about how curvy the following drives are on a bus. I am usually fine but once in a while if the road is quite curvy I can turn green. I'd hate to pop a Dramomine for nothing because I want wine with every meal.

Student Agency bus from Prague to Cesky Krumlov
From Cesky Krumlov to Salzburg (Driver)
Bus from Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes

And lastly, we will be riding a train from Salzburg to Vienna. I see two train options. OBB and Railjet. I notice the duration times are different. Does anyone know this train ride well? I would like the prettiest of the rides if there is a difference(I am assuming they go along the same tracks but who knows) and if not which is the better train? Also, do you know if I should purchase my train tickets now as we will be riding Sept. 15th?

Any other hot advice on food I would appreciate. Windsor, Prague, Salzburg, Vienna, Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Zagreb.

Thanks!

We recently used Mike's Chauffheur services from Vienna to Prague via Cesky Krumlov. Mike is very knowledgeable and would be able to help you with geography, terrain and potentiall road issues. www.mike-chauffeur.cz/

I took Student Agency bus from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and I do not recall it being a curvy ride. Very affordable, too. Regarding duration times from Salzburg to Vienna, I think some are express trains. I went with the shorter time.

My 2009 report on restaurants in and around Croatia is probably too out-of-date to be useful, but if you are interested, click on my name to find it (its in the trip reports section). I covered some restaurants in Dubrovnik and Zagreb.
