Salerno daytrip
 

We are a family of four who will be spending a few days in Naples in April 2018 before heading north to Varenna and Turin.
We've booked four nights in Naples. On the fifth day, we will be taking the night train from Salerno to Milan.

We were thinking to take a late morning train to Salerno after our last night in Naples, spending the day there, and then getting on the night train after dinner. Feasible? We will have to leave our luggage in the station during the day. According to the internet, there is left luggage in the station.

What would you for a day in Salerno?
