I thought I was on the correct site for tickets but was unable to pay for them because the screen froze. I did try on different devices. The site I was trying was Sainte-Chapelle.fr. Is this the correct site?

We too managed to get Christmas concert tix last yr at St. C from above websites mentioned.

Thanks Alice. I tried again this morning and the sites payment system gets hung up. I sent a message to my niece in the US to see if she has luck on her laptop.

For us too, it works just fine. Maybe if you could try using a European VPN?

I found out the problem was that the payment system did not like Safari. We ended up using Firefox and got our tickets.
