What kind of time frame are you talking about here? To hit all those places is do-able in a day - but how much time do you have to actually visit all your ports? I would say you could see enough if you had a day for each, and of course 2 (or more) days for each would be "better." For all of them - once you reach there you can go on foot - and sometimes you won't have a choice. What I recommend overall is to savor the scenery, enjoy the food, take walks and enjoy the environment/culture. Please be more specific about how much time you have and I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions.

Joan
Your trip sounds wonderful. I'm just wondering if you have time to do the sailing and still spend time in each destination. I do not know how far each port is from the other, however the ones in your party who are sailors I'm sure have checked it out. We are sailors and average 6 knots with approx. 10 knots of wind. To sail 35 miles under those conditions takes us around 4-5 hrs. Of course a lot depends on sea conditions if you go at all or have to remain in one of your ports for conditions to improve. I would have a plan but I would also be flexible with a back up plan. I hope you post of your experiences, I would love to read about them. I would also encourage you to go sailing and learn some of what a crew does before your trip. Have fun!!

Very, very good idea. I live in Procida Island and I think is one of the most beautiful in the world to do so. Now in Naples Bay there are many small harbours and you'll find all kind of service and rates, even free if you're smart and lucky or your boss/admiral.
I have an hotel in Procida Island (but you don't need it otherwise I havn't writed to you) and I'm a retired ship's captain if I can help on some other informations feel free to ask me.
Anyway enjoie Naples Bay, Giacinto Lubrano.
