Ryan air email or phone---can not make flight

Hi all,

My daughter is flying from the USA, where we live, to Rome and then changing planes to Ryan Air to fly to Sicily. Ryan air changed the time of her departure (moved the time forward )and she will not be able to make that plane. She is traveling with her 2 children. There is no email address on Ryan air web site and she would like to communicate with them to request a latter flight. Does anyone have any in sight as to how to communicate with Ryan Air?

Thanks, yipper

I presume you are familiar with the Ryan Air's flight time change policy http://www.ryanair.com/en/questions/...ed-by-ryanair/

Thanks, but the above site on Ryan air only allows you to find answers to frequently asked questions. It does not allow for direct interaction with a human. Yes she understands their policy, but she does not want money back, just a different flight. I just wanted to know if there is an email address where she can get a direct response to her problem. Anyone else?

thanks!

She is simply going to have to buy new tickets. Ryan air won't reschedule them

Meant to say they will eventually refund the money for the first flight (assuming the change is more than 3 hours) but in the mean time they need to book a new flight.

On the link provided by DebitNM there is a drop down option under Ryan Air Phone numbers - you choose the appropriate "where are you calling from" and there is a phone number or contact form.

if the flight change is less than three hours don´t even bother trying to get a refund. It will not happen.
