Hi Guys

Am in Australia and looking at booking Moscow - St Petersburg cruise and have found what appears to be a great price being offered up by a company called Russian Cruise Company. They seem to also trade under the names Express to Russia / Best Hotels Russia/ TravExpress / City Realty. Has anyone had dealings with them?

I have done some searching on the net without a great deal of success and also note that a similar post has been made a number of years ago on Lonely Planets ThornTree with no one having actually heard of them. Maybe that has now changed.

Sometimes the best way to find out about these smaller cruises is to see if the agent has the name of the boat. Then google that. The cruise might be arranged by any number of agents but the boat name doesn't change and it is often the boat itself that will determine the quality of your trip.

There is a company called Russian Cruises in St. Petersburg. They do arrrange all kinds of river cruises and boat rides in this city. On the other hand, City Realty, as far as I know, is an altogether different company, which only provides accommodation in St. Petersburg.
