Royal Olympic or Airotel Parthenon-Athens

Considering these 2 hotels in Athens. Both appear to suit our needs. We were looking to be close to main sites/attractions or within walking distance of transportation services-metro or bus. Would be staying for 3 nights mid June 2011. Should we go with one over the other or are they equally as good?? Thanks.

I have put a reply on TA, but to clarify, I have never stayed at the Royal Olympic, but have stayed at the Parthenon 5 times (yes, I like it!). The hotel was refurbished last winter & I have stayed twice since then, the bed was more comfortable than my own!
Both good for location, the Parthenon slightly better I think, has no roads to cross (all pedestrianised) to enter Plaka, a matter of yards away, the New Acropolis Musem, & the Acropolis itself. a couple of minutes walk from the Acropoli metro station.
The Royal Olympic is a higher standard & has the benefit of the roof bar & a swimming pool, so it all depends on your requirements & priorities.

Thanks yiassas. We are leaning towards the Parthenon, not only because it's less expensive but we really like the reviews of this property.
