Rovinj, Croatia Regatta Dates
Hello Fodorites!
We leave for our trip to Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia April 20. We are set to go due to all your help! One last question: Does anyone know the dates of the Regatta in Rovinj? I believe it is held in May. \We will stay in Rovinj May 1,2,3 - on a weekend. Is this the date of the Regatta? If so, is this a GOOD thing or a BAD thing. I am kinda of hoping it is the weekend. Would make things hectic but would be beautiful. Mary Ann |
The Regatta usually runs for a week and is planned for the weekend of your visit. It will be busy but not too crazy. Have a blast!

Thanks LittleVicky. We will enjoy the boats in the harbor - should be beautiful. Perhaps we will eat our main meals in the "hill towns".

Nannibray: we'll be right behind you when we travel to the same 3 countries in May. Do you mind sharing your itinerary? I think we must be staying in some of the same places. So lucky you'll be in Rovinj during the regatta--that should make it even more beautiful. Here's what we're doing:
