Roussillon restaurant recommendations

We will be basing ourselves in Roussillon this October for a week's exploration of Provence. Which cafe/restaurants should we not miss during our stay. I know Roussillon does not have an abundance of such but please offer up recs for places within 10 minutes driving distance.

L'Estellan just downhill from Gordes
Mass Tourteron near Les Emberts
La Bartavelle in Goult

Thanks Stu...any places in Roussillon that you recommend?

Nope - there are several restaurants in one of the squares and I've had lunch at one of them, but they seem like more casual places to have lunch than dinner. I've also checked out a place called Rest David (or something like that) on the main traffic street through town, and the menu didn't appeal to me.

caroltis,
We had lunch at Restaurant David, it having been recommended by a friend who lived nearby, and we enjoyed it very much. We sat out on the terrace overlooking the cliffs, and we really liked both the food and the atmosphere.

Restaurant David, Roussillon, great location on the Place de la Poste with a wonderful terrace overlooking the ochre cliffs. Well known and highly appreciated restaurant serving excellent Provençal cuisine - great place for outdoor dining. Prices: €35-75. Rte. Roussillon, Place de la Poste, Tel: 04 90 70 14 55
Also recommend the mas Touteron.
Dining in the garden is a pleasure.
