We have always stayed at the Roter Hahn Hotel and liked it very much. The location is good and they do have guest parking a couple of blocks from the hotel.

However, it has been several years since we have overnighted in Rothenburg and there are a number of really nice hotels and pensions that have been recommended at one time or another here on Fodor's and on Rick Steves website.
