Another fodorite recommended RomeShuttleLimousine.com

I searched the groups and could not find any other feedback. Wondering if anyone else has used this company? They seem to have the best price

Just back from Rome last night. Took Rome Shuttle Limo from airport to Piazza Navona area and then back to FCO yesterday morning. Everything went smoothly. Nice vehicles - good price. We had a 6:15 a.m. pick up and we called the evening before just to confirm the reservation. We would use again.

I've used Rome Shuttle Limousine around a dozen times; they've always been reliable and punctual in my experience.

A word of advice: Don't reserve the service months or even weeks in advance. There's less chance that they will lose your reservation if you only email a few days in advance, just giving them a day or two to send you an email confirmation.

We also had a good experience with Rome Shuttle. We reserved online a couple of weeks in advance of our arrival in Rome, and online about 5 days before our return to DC. Reliable and punctual and friendly.

We were very happy with them. We had to leave our apartment at 6 a.m., and when we peeked out the door at 5 mins to 6, there they were. In a roomy SUV. And when we encountered heavy traffic at one point, the driver knew what to do to get around it. We will definitely use them again. I do think it is a good idea to re-confirm a day or two before.

We used them last year, and they were prompt. Be sure to ask for a contact number.

How much do they charge from the airport (FCO) to Central Rome?

You can find that info here:

I used them to and from Campiano Airport. I reserved online about a week ahead of time. I can't remember if I confirmed before leaving for Rome, but I did confirm via email a couple of days before the trip back to the airport.

The drivers were punctual and friendly. Like other posters I had an early morning pick-up to get to the airport, and the driver was outside waiting for me several minutes beforehand. On the way in from the airport, it was raining by the time we got downtown. My apartment was on a little pedestrian side street. The driver parked the car in the piazza and told me wait inside while he went to find the apartment for me.
