Rome transportation between city, airport, cruise terminal

We are trying to find the most inexpensive way to get from the airport to the cruise terminal, then after cruise to hotel in city center, then back to airport.???

You might want to look over at www.crusiecritic.com - under the ports section of the boards. You can take a train into Termini (the main train terminal) and then another train out to Citavecchi. The port is a short walk from the train station but the port is big! yuou may want to take a taxi from the Citavecchia train station. The other option is a limo / car from the airport to the port - I am sure there are suggestions over at cruise critic. The train will be cheaper - the car would be more convenient.
