Rome Restaurant for 13 people

DH and I and a group of friends will be in Rome for a few days before our cruise. Any suggestions for a moderately priced restaurant that could accomodate 13 people? We are staying at the Hotel Barbarini, and something in the general area would be best, but we can travel.

Thanks to all.

I would suggest emailing or calling your hotel and asking them for suggestions. They can also help by calling the restaurant to make arrangements.

Yup sandi, that is an option we have considered, but was also looking for Fodorite suggestions, if any.

There is a ristorante about four blocks
from the Pza Barbarini, up the Corso
and just past the Condotti and that is the Ara Pacis Ristorante, LA CAPRICCOSIA,Largo dei Lombardi , 8, tel
066878636.. [email protected].
They did have a private room that beleive could hold at least 16 persons
have used this ristorante and the original La Capriccosia for many years and have been very satisified with all
services and quality, etc. Another suggestion however up in the Parioli district is the Ambasciata d'Abruzzo,
va Pietro Tacchini, 26... Richard of LaGrange Park, IL>..

blocks from Piazza Barberini. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk. About one block from the Piazza is Via Avignonesi with a very good restaurant serving food from the Emilia Romagna region--Colline Emiliane. Moderately priced. A little further away is Cantina Cantarini on Piazza Sallustio.

That should read "Largo di Lombardi is more than four" blocks...
