Rome Prati area restaurants

A friend is going to Rome for the first time in February, staying at the hotel Giulio Cesare on a Brit Air package. Can you recommend moderately priced ($25-$50 pp) restaurants
in the Prati area where I believe the hotel
is located, or perhaps near the Vatican?
We stayed in this area last time in Rome, and it was great. QWalking distance to the vatican museums and St peters, ans close to the metro stop for frequent trains to the old city. It is an area not over run by tourists, so most of the restaurants are reasonably priced, except for those very close to the Vatican. Just walk a few blocks away towards the river on Via Cola di Rienzo, which is a major shopping areas for locals, and you will find plenty of acceptable restaurants.

Ciao, Elena!
I used to eat at a great little place on Via Cola di Rienzo, mentioned in the other reply. It was called either "Cipriano" or "Cipriani" Very Good, Friendly, Excellent Service.
