If some places are closed, enjoy Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona & fountains. I imagine there will be cafe's open. Explore the outdoor ruins and monuments. Wouldn't churches be open? St. Peter's is unbelievable. There are many, but I also enjoyed another that I believe is called the Church of the Angels.

The State Department put out a warning today about Easter in Italy, it is Sunday.

There is so much to see and do in Rome, I really don't think this is going to be a problem unless you are only there for one day.
