Rome--need advice on Stop & Go tours

I have researched a couple of stop & go bus tours that I think would be helpful to us on our first day in Rome to "get our bearings".
One is CSR Tourist Line at E12 per day, the other is 110 City tour at E12.91 per day.
Has anyone done either? Can we buy tickets and jump on near the Pantheon (where we are staying)? Any other advice? As always, thank you all.

Help! Hasn't anyone ever done one of these bus tours?

Klapenta - The nearest stop for the 110 and CSR tours is on Corso Vittorio, 5-10 mins walk from the Pantheon. You can buy tickets on board.

Here's a thread discussing the pro's/con's of these tours:

Hope this helps ...
