Rome Limo or Taxi service

Hello, Folks!

If I remember, I saw a posting some time ago on a limo service, booked online(?) for transporation from Da Vinci to your hotel and back. Does anyone remember this company? We would appreciate it. I couldn't find it by browsing.

We (six of us) are off for Rome on October 26th.

He will answer you in about 24-48 hrs-
THey pick you up right outside of customs in the terminal -have a/c Mercedes station wagon and english speaking driver...TELL HIM HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU ARE AND HOW MUCH LUGGAGE- he may need to bring a van.

A mercedes station wagon ran us the equivalent of $30 USD from airport to city center....

Absolutely a treasure to deal with-very honest and dependable---if your plane is late, they REALLY wait for you-
(Our's was 2 1/2 hs late due to an air traffic controllers strike in Italy)

I also used limoservicerome during my recent trip to Rome, and it worked out very well. They do charge an extra 20% for holiday/night pickup, which includes Sundays, but it's still very reasonable.

We used this service to pick us up at the hotel in Rome and deliver us to the airport, but the limo driver overcharged us big time. Be careful and have the exact lira change and confirmation of the cost. Marilyn

MArilyn- everytime I have used this service I have gotten the price ahead of time and had my correct money ready to pay them---they also accept USD plus Lira---they are NOT known for overcharging at all--if you had a problem,contact Andrea at [email protected] and let him know what happened---DId the hotel make the reservation for you? Were you aware of the price ahead of time? You should have been told the total cost..these people are SUPER reliable!
