Rome, Italy

I am looking for a reasonable and nice place to stay for 5 adults for 2 nights Sept 2024. We Will be catching a cruise in Civitavecchia. All suggestions welcome. MT

You need to tell us what you're willing or wanting to spend. No one knows what "reasonable" means to you.

And FWIW, rates this month may not be the same a year from now.

Welcome to Fodors. Yes, we definitely need a number whether in £ or $ or whatever (but preferably in €) what your 'reasonable' budget is. Plus what sorts of/how many rooms do you need two doubles and a single, or a triple and a double, or some other combination.

If you want to splurge, look at the Raphael. Steps from Piazza Navona.

You also need to tell us if you want to stay near the port in Civitavecchia or in Rome. FYI - it’s about a 1.25 hour drive from Rome to the port.

The OP started an identical thread on the Cruise Forum and is getting suggestions there, so may not provide the info /clarifications we've requested. Who knew 'cruisers' could read minds?? ;)
