Rome if one wants a change from pasta

If one wants a change from Italian food I can highly recommend a wonderful Restorante Chinese or Cinese in Italian The Heng Li resturarant Via G Chiabrera 14 18 Metro S Paolo The food was delicious on the three occassions we eat there The surroundings delightful and was extreamly reasonably priced There area was off the tourist track and the restruranr frequented by Italians The Basilica of St Paolo is also a must to see

First post -- an illiterate plug for a restaurant in Rome, crudely calculated to appeal to the sophisticate who wants to avoid the "tourist track."

Come on, Maria, you can do better than that!

I wasn;t aware that Italian food consisted entirely of pasta.

It seems when I was there you could get any sort of meat, fish, seafood, delicious vegetables - and even potatoes or rice rather than pasta.

Agree - a badly disguised ad.
