We stayed at the Cesari last year. The location can't be beat. It's on a non-traffic street near the Trevi, the Pantheon and other "ancient" parts of Rome. The rooms were fine. Not exciting but large enough and very clean. Fairly large bathroom, too. Great coffee house across the alley. I'd go there again.

I agree with Linda. The Cesari location is terrific, and it's a few doors away from a great pizza shop--Pizza Fantasie--with very sweet, friendly proprietors.

I have booked a "honeymoon" room at the Cesari for my husband and me for May 5-13. The price they offered was 400.000 L per night for a double with private bathroom, breakfast, and taxes included. I can't wait!!!
