rome hotels-miami, lirico or panda?

Hi - anyone have any thoughts on these hotels? I heard good things here on both, but they don't seem to be mentioned at the same time. If costs were comprable - where would you stay and why?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Stayed at Pensione Panda for a few days last fall, and would do so again. Location can't be beat.

My husband and I also stayed in the Pension Panda and were pleased. Note that there is no A/C. We were there in August and nearly melted. But our room was very nice and clean. Marble walls, floors, etc. Great location. Quiet. And only $75 per night for a queen bed with a private bath.

Thanks for those replies - A/C doesn't matter - I'll be going at the end of March.

The Panda just let me know that they only have 1 room (need 2) - so unless something opens up there, that will have to be off my list. What about the other 2?
Thanks,
Monica
