Rome hotel with view?

I'm looking for a three star hotel in Rome which will have some sort of terrace for breakfast/relaxing where we can sit and admire a view of the city. Our room does not need to have a view, but I would like the hotel to offer me access to a terrace. Any suggestions?

Hotel Mozart has a roof top terrace, overlooking the Rome's roof tops. Its location is close to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, very convenient for the touristic and historical sites.

The hotel is a good three stars, although the pictures posted look actually a little nicer than the hotel is in fact.

http://www.hotelmozart.com/english/index.htm

Regards,

S

Hotel Marcella, 3 star on Via Flavia, phone 06-474-6451 has a rooftop terrace/garden where breakfast is served. Of course, the Hotel Forum has a great rooftop restaurant with a view over the old ruins, but is a 4 star hotel.

Rachel, my friends think this is a hotel catering to gays, is this true as far as you know?

It didn't seem to be when we were there last month. Most of the people we saw were (male-female) couples. It only has something like 12 rooms.
