Actually, the best pizza I had in Italy or France (I've not been to Naples) was at this place on Piazza Barberini, a couple of doors up from the Easy Internet Cafe. It was upstairs and I didn't keep the card.
But I think it described itself as neopolitan and the cheese must melted without being stringy, and the prosciutto was cut like spaghetti, not flaky.
Everything was good about it.

There used to be good restaurants in the area. Maybe they are no longer around... Buca di Ripetta and the upscale Porto di Ripetta were both very good. I also liked a place on via Margutta. Within easy walking distance was Il Giardino with the best lemon pasta ever. The Santa Susanna website also used to have excellent recs in the area. Perhaps they still do; I haven't checked in awhile.
I just haven't stayed near there recently, but I always like the area.
