Rome: hotel navona and hotel delle muse

Does anyone have any personal thoughts on these two hotels? I was thinking of staying at the Navona when we arrive in Rome and the Delle Muse when we fly out.

Mostly I just want to make sure of their cleanliness--both are cheap hotels, but I don't want to regret not spending more.

if not these hotels, does anyone have an idea for a hotel in the via vento area that is around 100euro?

The Navona is, to my mind, perfectly situated for walking or bussing everywhere in Rome. It is fairly basic and plain, but certainly clean and well-kept, and always seems to be upgrading and expanding through its rambling building. I would stay there again, but not before checking on www.venere.com for other local hotels - I managed the Torre Argentina for only a few Euros more earlier this year.

I have a feeling Gavriel works at the Hotel delle Muse...but I have stayed there and can vouch for what he is saying. The hotel is clean and has a very nice buffet breakfast. Thumbs up on the Hotel delle Muse!
