Rome-Hotel Due Torri or Hotel Mozart
Does anyone have comments about Due Torri's family room-is it comfortable, is the bathroom modern?
Or is Hotel Mozart's deluxe rooms a better choice? Thanks. |
Dear Franco:
We stayed last October in a triple at Due Torre. The main room had a queen be and was fair size, not huge, but typical. The other bedroom(where I slept) was a tiny single which ajoined the larger room. The bath was between the two rooms - very modern, but small. Overall it was good and I would stay there again. I cannot help with the Mozart. I would classify the Due Torre as a boutique hotel. |
hotel mozart is spotless and a wonderful location- our room was large, but on the front of hotel, so sleeping was tough. You must make sure you are off the street...it is extremely noisy due to the closest intersection.

Thanks you guys. I appreciate your comments. Gee, both hotels seem really nice. The rate they're offering are the same but Due Torri's offering the family room vs. the deluxe triple at Mozart. So I'm confused as to which to choose.

I stayed in the family room at the Due Torri once. Michelle's comments are accurate. The baths are modern and the Due Torri is a very pleasant hotel. Two thing it has going for it are that it is quiet and the location is great but the Mozart seems to also be in a good area. This is a hard one. I would check the forums to see what you learn. You will see that the Due Torri always gets good reports. My websight has pics of the Due Torri in the Rome section....

Dear Richard:
Your report and photos of the Due Torri convinced me to choose it for our trip. The location was great. Very charming! |
