Rome attractions

We only have a partial day in Rome before our tour departs for Tuscany.

What's the best way to see the Collesium (and Forum if time)?

Should I buy the Roma Pass (even tho it's for 2 days) or should we just pay admission to these two sites?

Anyone know what the admission prices are? I can only find a price for the Roma Pass at 20E?

Thanks for any help!

Ticket for Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill are one combined ticket for 11€. The ticket line at the Colosseum is usually the longest, the Palatine entrance the shortest.

Ellenem is absolutely correct. Buy the ticket at Palatine Hill, the queue at the Forum is also not so bad, but Palatine Hill is better. When you get to the Coloseum you will inevitably see a VERY long line. Walk straight past the line and you will be given immediate access. Well, apart from security etc.

Hi Scrappr2, we were in Rome two weeks ago and lined up at Palatine hill for about 30mins to get our ticket on a Saturday. With limited time I would probably try to obtain a Roma pass elsewhere first and get straight in even though you will be paying more.I would try and see the Forum because it is amazing!!

If you buy the pass and have time, you could walk down the street (about a 5 minute walk) and use the pass at the Capitoline museum.
