First of all thank you for all the very helpful posts to my inquiry about apartments in Rome. Now I am having a problem with the comfortitalia rental office. I have sent three emails inquiring about availability of these properties with no answer. I tried to call and was told I could not access that number. They recieve good reviews on this site and slow-trav, so I am confused. Any information would be helpful.

At last I received a call (response to a fax) from a very nice, helpful person at comfortitalia. They had emailed me but apparently nothing was getting through. I just wanted to note this as I did not want to give a bad impression of the company from my previous post. Of my 3 apartment choices (after much research) only one (Pellegrino) is available. I think I will go with it so I can get on with the rest of my trip planning.

Although sometimes the same apartment is represented by two agencies.
