Rome airport Terminals

I will be arriving in Rome on a Lufthansa flight via Franfort, does anyone know which terminal Luftansa uses? Also, any estimates on the amount of time it takes to get through customs in Rome? Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi CSL,

>...does anyone know which terminal Luftansa uses?<

Lufthansa does.

Customs is very quick. You will be held up waiting for your baggage, and possibly, at Immigration.

If you plan on 2 1/2 hr you won't be too disappointed.

I can't imagine it taking even close to 2 1/2 hours! 1 1/2 hours....at most!

Hi Howard,

In order to stretch your imagination,

We arrived a little after 8:00 AM and caught the 11:00 AM train to Rome.

It took about 1 1/2 hr to get our suitcase.

I never had to wait so long...

It took me approx 1/2 hour total to get through customs and get baggage.

Rome gets my record also for baggage. I have no idea what they did, but it took about 2 hours. Mine came off in about 45 minutes and then while we were standing in line for my mother's luggage here it comes. Two hours after we landed about 10 pieces from our flight arrive.
