You can try Perilli (Via Marmoratta) for lunch. Have not had dinner there but it is always on our list for lunch -the stuffed zucchini is wonderful. Cul de Sac (near Navona) is nice for lunch as well.

I didn't respond on ch because it would be a repeat. At the level you are looking at (between ad hoc and la pergola); i recommend metamorfosi, pipero al rex, antico arco, roscioli (in that order; last one doesn't have a tasting menu - actually one should stick with antipasti and pasta - but great wines by the bottle, no pairing)
